This 1980 Canadian 25-cent coin is of exceptional and near-perfect quality, graded MS-68 (Mint State 68) . This grade places it in the "SUPERB GEM +" category and is one of the highest levels of quality one can hope for in a mass-produced quarter.
The coin is a regular issue, featuring the Caribou motif on the reverse, designed by Emanuel Hahn. This year's issue dates from the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin is made of pure nickel (99.9% nickel).
