We know how important it is to receive your valuable orders quickly and securely. That's why we make every effort to ensure that shipping your collectible coins is a simple and transparent process.

 Order Processing Time

 All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 4 to 5 business days from the receipt of payment. This timeframe allows us to conduct security checks, pack your items with the utmost care, and ensure a secure shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 Shipping Options and Costs

 We offer several shipping options. You can choose the one that best suits you at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Timelines vary by destination.

  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery.

Free shipping is available on all orders of $300 and over before taxes, throughout Canada, $500 in the United States, and $1000 internationally. (Restrictions may apply for non-standard rates at our discretion.)

Tracking and Responsibility

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can then track the progress of your package directly on the carrier's website.

Every order is packaged with the greatest care to ensure your collectible coins arrive in perfect condition. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the item is transferred to you. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.

For high-value orders, we strongly encourage you to choose a shipping option with adequate insurance.

 Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs fees, brokerage fees, and import taxes. We are unable to calculate these fees in advance and recommend that you inquire with your local customs office before placing your order.

 Shipping Address

 It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if it was provided incorrectly. In case a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
