We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions, images, and coin grades possible. However, coin grades, such as "MS-64" or "MS-65" ..., are based on professional grading scales and can be subjective. We do not guarantee that the grades of our coins will be the same if you have them evaluated by another certification service.
Unless otherwise specified, the images on our site are illustrations of the type of product you are purchasing and may not represent the exact coin you will receive.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our site are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or brokerage fees. Prices are subject to change without notice due to the volatility of the precious metals market. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Payment is required in full before the order is shipped. We accept the following payment methods: e-interac, MC, Visa, Paypal, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the products is transferred to you once they have been handed over to the carrier for shipment. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. All customs and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unopened (if sealed) condition and show no signs of alteration. Coins removed from their original case or packaging are not eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@grailcoins.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
