2022 $2 (Toonie) Commemorative "50th Anniversary Summit Series" Color
BU (MS-64) CHOICE
Description of the room
This 2022 Canadian $2 coin (Toonie) is the coloured version of the commemorative issue celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1972 Summit Series . The reverse features a dynamic hockey motif with selective colour application (red and white) on the jerseys.
Its certification with the MS-64 (Mint State 64) grade places it in the "CHOICE" category. This is a very good quality uncirculated coin that has retained its full mint luster . However, it exhibits a more visible number of contact marks or minor minting flaws (compared to GEM grades), which are typical of mass-produced circulation coins.
