Certification details

  • Grade: MS-70

  • Description of the grade:

    • MS (Mint State): The coin is in mint condition, having never circulated.

    • 70 (on the Sheldon scale): This is the highest possible grade. A coin marked MS-70 is technically perfect, free from any imperfections, even visible under magnification. It has a full luster and an impeccable strike.

    • BU (Brilliant Uncirculated): This term describes a coin that has never circulated and has retained all of its original luster. It is a qualitative description that is confirmed by the numerical grade of MS-70 .

    • "Perfect GEM": This designation, often used by numismatists, is synonymous with the state of perfection represented by the MS-70 grade. It confirms that the coin is a "gem", without flaws and of the highest quality.

Achieving an MS-70 grade for a circulation coin is extremely rare, making it an exceptional and highly valuable addition to any collection.
