This 1980 Canadian 25-cent coin is of exceptional quality, graded MS-67 (Mint State 67) , which places it in the "SUPERB GEM" or "Choice Superb Gem Uncirculated" category. This grade indicates a coin that approaches perfection and is considered extremely difficult to obtain for a circulating coin of that era.
The coin is a regular issue, featuring the classic Caribou motif on the reverse, designed by Emanuel Hahn. It is composed of pure nickel (99.9% nickel).
